Hello!

My name is Matt.  I’m doing IT work here in Tokyo, Japan right now.  My job involves me to basically evaluate, plan, design, and implement pretty much any needed service.  At times it can be a bit trying as my only real fallback is the Internet and the power of search at this time.

Because of that I’ve come across some really good articles.  And they’ve helped me solve some of the problems that I have had.  But then I would sometimes run into the same problem in the future.  At that time I really hated myself for not writing down what I did.  I tried making bookmarks, but that never really helped as I would wind up searching through my own bookmarks to find whatever relevant information I was trying to save in the first place.  Pages and domains also come and go.  So, I’ve tried to be more engaged in writing down, or in some cases rehashing the information that I have found to be useful and hope that it might help someone else in the future.

Japan is a nice place to live.  It has it’s good and bag things like everywhere else.  I’ll try to post some things about that as well when I get the chance.
